Quote & Adjust
We compile a detailed, fixed-price quote based on your plans, typically within 6-10 weeks. You can review and adjust elements to align the design and budget before finalising.
Contract & Consent
After approving the quote, you’ll sign the contract and we’ll start on working drawings and the building consent application. This stage usually takes 3-4 months before construction begins.
Build
With consents approved, construction kicks off. Our team manages the build, bringing your bespoke home to life with expert care and craftsmanship.
