KJ Andersen:
KJ Andersen is a highly skilled project manager with a passion for finding construction solutions. He brings over 10 years of experience in project management, client management, and general management in rural, residential, and commercial construction to the team.
KJ's background includes managing mid-high-end architectural homes, rural buildings, and large commercial projects in the Auckland region, as well as being the managing director of a renovation and build agency in Christchurch. He is delighted to be back home in Canterbury with his young family. KJ's deep understanding of a client's requirements and his ability to create tailored solutions that fit their needs make him an asset to the Lifestyle Builds team.
Growing up on orchards and living on lifestyle blocks has given KJ a unique perspective and passion for construction in the rural and lifestyle sector.
Ian Seymour:
Ian Seymour is a highly skilled and accomplished builder with over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial roles.
Ian's background as an athlete for the New Zealand Rowing Team for 12 years has instilled in him a high-performance mentality that he brings to his work as a builder.
He takes great pride in his work ethic, passion, and commitment to the job at hand, ensuring that every project is completed with the highest attention to detail and quality. Ian's unique background and experience allow him to draw on his skills from competing in sports and apply them to his work as a builder.
Ian's ultimate dream is to create functional spaces that are accessible to every buyer, while also reflecting their individual needs and style.
