Our client approached us with a layout concept for their 4-bedroom home on a lifestyle block in Kaikoura. They desired a low-maintenance look and function, opting for steel cladding with standout features, including a horizontal cedar wall and Kwila decking. These elements beautifully complemented the polished concrete floors, which were inlaid with paua for a unique, natural touch.
