Materials are delivered in four stages to ensure efficient workflow and prevent site clutter. From the first delivery, our team provides hands-on support, and our engineers conduct inspections to certify the foundations and structure, ensuring a smooth build from start to finish.

Design and Planning
Choose your preferred kitset design and any customisations (e.g., extra garage bays, covered patios).
Receive architectural drawings, engineering plans, and council consent applications included in your kitset quote.
Site Preparation
Prepare your site for construction with a concrete slab or timber sub-floor option, tailored to your land's requirements.
Staged Deliveries
Delivery 1: Timber and steel framing, building wrap, and steel bracketry.
Delivery 2: Roofing, cladding, and flashings.
Delivery 3: Windows, doors, and joinery.
Delivery 4: Internal components like gib, insulation, and internal doors.
Onsite Support and Inspections
A team member will assist with the first delivery, and engineers will inspect and sign off on the foundations and structure, ensuring compliance.
Build and Completion
Construct the kitset according to plans. Upon completion, receive a PS4 certification for the structure.
No Corners Cut
Our kitsets feature high-quality cold rolled steel framing, timber components, and Colorsteel roofing and cladding, complemented by double-glazed windows.
Optional upgrades, such as cedar cladding and upgraded doors, allow you to customise the design to fit your style and functional needs.
